WHAT NOT TO POSE TO: anything by AC/DC...usually it's the really white skinny lightweights that do the typical "thunderstruck" routine basically, if your body can do the talking for you...you could pose to "mary had a little lamb" and the crowd would still go nuts over your impressive physique PS....i used crystal method "vegas" track #6...."keep hope alive"...it's got a slow intro and goes into a fast-paced techno/electronic beat ------------------

Kevin Levrone did "Killing in the name of" by Rage against the Machine, at the last Olympia. It worked so well, that I downloaded it off Napster and I listen to it every day on the way to the gym!!

You supposed to use music that reflects your personality. Most people start with something slow then cut into something fast. Also use music that you actually have the talent to pose to. If you are not graceful then don't use any classical music, hard tunes is usually pretty easy to use. Whatever you do DON'T use the terminator 2 theme, 10 people a show use it. ------------------

I don't have specific music to recommend. However, one of the best pieces of advice I've ever gotten is this--- 1)Don't use music that's already been over-played on the radio!!! 2) Try to find something that is not monotonous, you need to have crescendo's in your music choice. 3) You can also try editing two or three songs (usually no more than 3, because of the time limitations) so that your music will be unique. 4) Make sure your tape has good quality sound and ALWAYS take a back-up tape with you in case something happens to your master tape. Hope this helps out.

This is old, and everyone will flame me surely, but if you are in tight hard condition and your body is just rocking, you don't possess two left feet, then Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler or the faster version by Nicki French. Remember, when you pose, you don't want to just show your muscles, you want to make every girl in the first five rows wet her pants. |
