What do you guys think of this split? Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 repeat week 1 Week 4 repeat week 2 I was training one body part a week and a trainer that has a pretty good rep told me to give this split a try. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

if you still have energy to hit another bodypart on back day, your not hitting back hard enough. otherwise it looks good ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Assuming you go with that general scheme, I would exchange Chest with Bi's so that you have: Chest/Tris/Delts I think it would be workable after that. I like that legs are less frequent than everything else. My legs always recover slowest. zeke_b ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

BTW don't forget traps and abs. If you are using straps or not doing deadlifts, extra forearm work is a MUST. zeke_b ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
