What do you guys think of this split?

Week 1
Mon: Delts, Bis, Tris
Tue: Rest
Wed: Chest, Back
Thur: Rest
Fri: Legs
Sat: Delts, Bis, Tris
Sun: Rest

Week 2
Mon: Chest, Back
Tue: Rest
Wed: Delts, Bis, Tris
Thur: Rest
Fri: Legs
Sat: Chest, Back
Sun: Rest

Week 3 � repeat week 1

Week 4 � repeat week 2

I was training one body part a week and a trainer that has a pretty good rep told me to give this split a try.

if you still have energy to hit another bodypart on back day, your not hitting back hard enough. otherwise it looks good

Assuming you go with that general scheme, I would exchange Chest with Bi's so that you have:

Chest/Tris/Delts
and
Back/Bi's

I think it would be workable after that. I like that legs are less frequent than everything else. My legs always recover slowest.

BTW don't forget traps and abs. If you are using straps or not doing deadlifts, extra forearm work is a MUST.
