Does taking the winny on a full or empty stomack make any difference at all. This stuff is already expensive however I will not be able to inject it as I was before. Will the GI tract still absorb on a full or an empty stomach the same. Will I get equal results as my injections which I must say were better than I had hoped for. I'm afraid to change my routine but for sterility reasons I have to. Thanks Guys

it does not matter if your stomach is empty or full. it will make some people sick if taken on an empty stomach. spread the 50mg throughout the day versus taking it all at one time.

I notice that if I take it oral on a empty stomach before I train - I gag during the training - nothing bad but its annoying as hell. I like to take it after training with the post training meal.
