Any Strongman competitors in the Northern Mid-West would have competed today at the Michigan reniassance festival. I think today's events were the Crucifix, Farmer's Walk and the car Deadlift. I watched the competition yesterday. The competitors were:

Chief Iron Bear
Wade Gillingham
Carl Gillingham
Shawn Smith
Chad Coy
Bryan Niese
Gary Mitchell

These guys were all awesome and incredibly nice guys. I'm gonna gain 100 lbs and start competing
