Everyone gets em! What you ware lacking is FIBER such as Metamucil Powder.You need to consume about 35-40 grams of FIBER a day inorder to minimize or stop the excessive farting caused from the high amounts of calories and protein.I recommend all you guys try it. Remember this... If you take too much fiber you will be in the bathroom shitting all day.You only need 35-40grams no more!Good luck
