Everyone gets em! What you ware lacking is FIBER such as Metamucil Powder.You need to consume about 35-40 grams of FIBER a day inorder to minimize or stop the excessive farting caused from the high amounts of calories and protein.I recommend all you guys try it. WCP informed me of the fiber needed so the credit goes to WCP.Please bring on all your comments and input.Thank you for reading.
