alright here is my problem, I go to nightschool from monday to thrusday 6 to 10... and during the day I either do homework or work. so here is my dillema, should i workout at night after school? even tho i might be tired, or should i train before??? it's not a question of comfort, all i want to know is which is best physically, when will it be positive for growth to workout???? ------------------ "because I'm a genius" Sakuragi "muscle failure... and one more." Train during the time of day when you have the most energy, so that you can deliver maximum stimulation to the muscles. For me that is in the afternoon, after work. I tried early morning lifting, but after laying still for eight hours, the lifting was not intense enough. I used to work full time, and do college classes 2 nights a week.
