three weeks ago I had my shoulder scoped and had a partially torn rotator cuff and torn ligaments. Is there anything I can take to speed up my recovery and strengthen my shoulder? Thanks. ![]() ![]() ![]()

My powerlifting coach/train had some wacked out theory on fresh red cherries and deca durabolin for sore joints.. this was about 15 years ago. well we all know deca is good for sore elbow, knees and shoulders, but i am not sure about recovery. however he was able to provide me an article from some doc about something in the fresh cherries that made the tendon and ligaments stronger. Really not sure If it is true, but it does not hurt to eat 3 or 4 a day if you can stand them, I hate them. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It sucks, I injured mine awhile back and have underwent multiple evaluations, and am waiting to see a specialist of some sort. Anyway, the only advice I can really give is to pay REALLY close attention to your form from now on out. I tried taking off a couple of weeks, but just got depressed, so I doubt this would be an option. As far as anabolics are concerned, definitely stay away from Anadrol, it makes the pain worse. I'm currently taking just Clomid and primo, for maintenance purposes (call me an addict), deca of course is another option. Also, start taking glucosamine (why not), and lots of vitamin C. Good luck. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
