I'm about to do a sus-laura-ref-b cycle. I would never want to inject 75mg a week so of course orally is the way to go. I heard that you can put the ref-b in gelcaps and it is just as effective as swollowing it. Does anyone have any experience with this and can give me some pointers about how to get the gelcaps done. do what I do and load 1cc up in a syringe and squart it into your mouth. trust me tiquila tast worst! | ||

I agree. Why bother with the gel caps? Just draw out your dose and either squirt under your tongue (Yuch!!) or mix in some juice or something and down it. Much easier. The Doctor | ||

i just came off a cycle with refb and t200. i gained 21 pounds from the cycle. you can get gel caps from gnc but they dont last but a couple of hours. i can not take the ref-b to work in a syringe so i take and empty vit e soft gels and squirt ref into them . i took it every 6 hours and had great results. the vit e soft gels will last 12 hours with no problems.. | ||

I hear B-12 is supposed to enhance reforvit-b. Could I combine gelcaps with b-12 and reffy? DO I have to empty the whole capsule out before I put the ref in-if I use vit e soft gel capsules? ------------------ | ||

it will depend on your dosge. i had to, since i was doing 2cc ED in 4 caps. yes you could mix vitb12 with the refb if you wanted. |
