My stats are 21, 170, 10% bodyfat (I can see my top 4 abs when i flex), 5'7 and a half, and I am going to do my first cycle in about a month. I am looking to gain 10-12 lbs of quality muscle with no sides. I also want to get a full six pack and more vascular. here is my cycle, let me know what you guys think: The whole cycle is 8 weeks, everything will be taken for 8 weeks: 200mg Deca a week, 200mg EQ (ganabol 50) a week, and 50mg winny eod (oil taken orally,or my ass will be like a pin cushion). What do you guys think. Remember, All I want is 10-12 ripped pounds. Thanks for the help     | ||

skip the winny, and use primo instead. thats great. u dont even need eq, but if u want it use it. i would replace eq with sust. ull gain good size and keep pretty much all of it | ||

I personally wouldnt do deca and eq. in the same cycle. Too similar. | ||

Bro let me tell what I did for a first cycle. deca---eq I was pissed I wasted my first cycle on that, cuz it's shitty and I still gained 16 lbs, keeping 12. If only I did it right... Anyway, you could gain 10-15, probably more with a similar cycle. I wouldn't use deca/winny/eq all together. Use either deca/eq or deca/winny. Deca/winny is probably what your looking for, IMO.
