I am trying to plan my split for my next cycle and I was wondering if it was ok to lift 4 times a week each body part once a week or should it be more? Thanks

Continue to train the same way you was. You can add more weight on now. mine is like this but everyones is diffrent.
Monday-Bis & Tris
Tuesday-Legs
Wednesday-Off
Thursday-Chest & Back
Friday-Off
Saturday-Complete upper body
Sunday-Legs.
This is just mine. Everyone else is diffrent.

You could go twice a week on every part if you want to but if what yopu are doing is working for you then stick with it bro!!
