Continue to train the same way you was. You can add more weight on now. mine is like this but everyones is diffrent. Monday-Bis & Tris Tuesday-Legs Wednesday-Off Thursday-Chest & Back Friday-Off Saturday-Complete upper body Sunday-Legs. This is just mine. Everyone else is diffrent. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
