I'm getting ready to do 400mg of Deca and 200mg of cyp and week. I'm trying to convience a friend that I'll be alright. Your opinion.... PS: I'm keeping the androgenics low because I break out pretty bad.     | ||

LOL...will it kill you!!! Bro thats a pretty basic and light cycle. You'll be fine. You could probably up the cyp a little too and see better gains, but you kknow your body and you say you get bad acne, so stick with what you got. ------------------ | ||

No, this is not my first cycle. My second. I really didn't get much of my 1st (7lbs) I've been off for 1mo and a 1/2 and I'll be off for 2 more weeks. | ||

You will gain some good weight if your diet, training and rest are in order. No matter what people say, it is diet, training and rest that make up most of your gains and not the dosages you use. Ignorant people will raise the dosage to make up for a lack of intensity in the gym, lack of sleep at night, and lack of will power when it comes to diet. BTW-You would be better off with 250mg of Sust since the 4 esters will allow for better gains (and you will keep more of it). Well, I can't really jack it up to 1gr and 1500mg of deca, bacause my mum can tell when I put on even 5lbs. It's hard to play it off and I've been busted once already... | ||
