I used it and enjoyed it. Was doing something similar to what Marc was doing on his second Phase of the "Physique Recomp. Program" that is on the MQ website and saw good results. Strentgh and size gains came week 2. But I do have to say, I like the T200 more :-) Sorry George.  | ||
