Ok, lets help each other out with this. Using gear, we all know we can train harder an longer than a "natural" person can (thats why I didnt put this in the training forum). Lets list our worst bodypart. When you click on the post to add your worst body part, look at everyone elses. If you had good luck with your bodypart that is thier worst, list what you do for that partafter you list your worst one. Lets see what we can do.... For me... My traps are hella thick, they buldge down my back between my lats and are great. But the mother fuckers just wont grow UP (like toward my ears up). They have some decent respectable height, but no where near where I believe they should be in relation to their thickness. Next! | ||

I'll see if I can help you get things started Monster, this must be confession time. For me it is definetely my CALVES, or should I say lack there of. I have pretty good symetry except for my freakin calves!!! I train them every third day 3-4 exercises and they never seem to grow. My quads and hams are pretty big, but I have the damn calves of a 12 year old.. I know most of this is genetics, (I have my mom's leg), and of course it doesn't help that I'm 6'3". I keep training them hard in hopes that one day they will "pop" Nothing pisses me off more than when I see some lazy ass that never gets off the damn couch whose got these monster calves. Someday I will be able to wear shorts in public and be proud of my calves, this is what motivates me when I train calves.. It gets pretty damn hot to be wearing pants when it is 100 degrees outside! ------------------ | ||

Hey rocco, its calves for me also. I have tried high volume, low volume, every day, 3 days a week, 1 day nothing but calves, strength shoes, you nane it. Mine are ripped, good vascularity, but still friggin too small. Anybody used PGF2a for calves? - sounds painful. I did make a little progress doing sprints while dragging a 45 pound plate tied to my waist ( suggested by a friend on this board) so I will keep at that although it kicks your ass. I guess a guy could get implants, but I'm not giving up the fight just yet. | ||

Monster, sorry bro, but this is not one of your better posts. I know that you know that genetics is the key here, and what works for one will not necessarily work for another. My chest grows no matter what I do. If I am not careful, it will get out of proportion with my arms. I have a friend who has HUGE arms, yet his chest is so pathetic it is almost comical. And I know this girl who doesn't even work out that has calves that every guy I know is jealous of. I hope you see my point.... | ||

Ironmaster, I'm sorry to hear we both share the same problem,I'm sure there are many more out there. I thought about the pgf2, and decided that would definetely be a last resort, not for the fear of pain associated with it, but more for the lack of research on it. Although there seems to be a number of bro's who are becoming test subjects on it themselves. That is the beauty of this board. I cannot add size to my bi's. It makes me fucking crazy. There not really that small, but I am 6'4" and without huge bi's, my arms look to skinny. I have been trying different rountines for over a year. The one I am doing now is working ok, but I have a long way to go. ------------------ | ||

Bro's, Hmm my legs are the worst I hate doing them as i cant walk correctly for a couple of days when i do pisses me off so they have fallen behind a little. My Bi's are good they tend to get there quite well and quickly compaired to other body parts I love hammer curls, preacher curls hell i like any kind of curl..! ------------------ | ||

For me it my lats. I dont even have any thickness in mine. My shoulders & traps grow fast & thick. But my lats nothing I cant get them to grow. I Know I'm doing something wrong with my form. When I flex all I see is my shoulders a straigth line from my coller bones and a tooth pick neck. No lats at all. Thats what I get for hitting the bench all the time & neglecting my lats & calves. Mine is my left calf. My right looks great but my left is smaller. I have noticed that the left is weaker than the right and I always try to train just a little bit more. measurably, my left bi is also smaller that the right and is softer. So I always pose in the mirror with the right one. I also do a little more with the left bi in training than I do with the right. |
