since ref-b is already in prop.glycol and there is liquid clenbuterol, whould it be ok to but a dose of refb or a dose of clen (from the 25mg clen capsules) in a protein shake for a mid-day snack....     | ||

I would'nt just because I'd be scared that some of the shake that sticks in the blender, or cup would have some ref-b in it, so you would probably have to rinse with water if you want to get every bit of it. Just shoot it under your tongue and chase it down. | ||

the extreme, i dont live in the burgh anymore. went to Pitt but have moved since then. go to a place on smithfield and 6th in downtown and eat at a place called Zorba's. they have the best gyros in town. ps you dont have an email address in your profile.... | ||
