I have been on the upward swing of muscle increase for the past three years. I'm 35 now. If I continue doing all the right things how long do you suppose I'll still make gains in regards to getting older? I plan on going on mild cycles every other year.

There is no definitive answer to this question. Everyone is different. Technically, your body starts "degenerating" when you hit 25. Your cells begin to die at a rate faster than they can be replaced. But everyones bodies show the effects at different times. Ever notice how some people in their 30's still get carded, while others look like they are in their 40's? The same goes for muscle growth. Some people can continue to grow like they are younger for years and years.....while others have trouble.

Im 41 and lifting off and on for years, but strong for the last two years and I never felt better. I eat everthing in site and lift 6 days a week and cycle twice a year. I can still do all the same workouts that I did when I was training in the navy 20 years ago. SHIT that was a long time ago! I am old fart haha. You will love be older and being in better shape then 99% of your age group. They have all but given up on being fit.You will realy notice the diffence when you go out and all the 30/40/50 year old woman think your great and perfectly fit,and you will be, because you will be one in million. lifting is for life.

Depends on the person, ED CORNY is still competing that FUCKER WAS DOING the MR. Universe when arnold was on top. Essentially, hormonal degredation is RELATIVE TO THE INDIVIDUAL. Can't be predicted, catagorized, or easily referrenced.
