Will 50mg of ephedrine pre and during a workout negatively effect gains while in the midst of a cycle? I really like the boost it gives my workout, and its really not that much. Thanks, moondog ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

My appetite is ravenous anyway, and I usually work out in the mornings, so that's not a problem, but thanks. As I said, I only use it as a stimulant. At that level (50 mgs), I doubt its good enough for fat loss. I weigh 245, so its really not that much. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I always use eph when I do a cycle. Especially when I used dbol only cycles. Believe it or not, it helped me put on some lean mass. I still made myself eat. alot of water I did drink on it. Also, I got great energy for my workout. Although there were times as I lifted hard and heavy, that I did get a bit dizzy. Not to mention the shakes. Dude, I've used ephedrine hundreds and hundreds of times. I always use 1 25mg ephedrine pill with 1 caffeine pill. No matter how much of a tolerance I build up I always feel better sticking to those amounts. Sure if I'm trying to lose weight I'll take it 3 or 4 times a day, but I only take that much at one time. Trust me, you'll train better sticking to those amounts. If you're trying to bulk and you want to use Ephedrine and Caffeine for a workout boost that's no problem. At the amount you take, it will not be a prob. I've done something like that, but not on a regular basis. One pill before workout (especially in the morning) would be fine. But any more than that would affect your cycle negatively. Appetite loss is not a desirable thing while on bulk cycle. Anyway, it is just my opinion. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
