Real good starting point to begin from. Your chest could us a little more size on it and also when you pose. Put your arms more straight out so we can see them better. Hard to tell on the bi development. Looks like your not carrying that high of a BF maybe around 13-15%. Can't really tell. Other then that props on posting your pic. | ||

Yeah, that pose is not very good. Not that I am an expert on posing but put your arms out more. You are holding them low. Also, try standing up and giving a full body view. Honestly it is hard to see anything in that pic. | ||

looks like you have a good base to start with...can start to see the taper from your shoulders down...chest does need to be prioritized but hell so does mine...your left arm also looks a fair bit bigger than your right...but your delts and traps are coming along....good work ------------------ | ||

when I was 19 I was 125lbs...you saw my pics before...you have plenty of time..I didnt start lifting until I was 25yo..take it slow...your still growing... | ||

Thanx for replying guys.. yeah i really have no clue how to pose.. I just gave it my best shot.. my bodyfat last time i got it checked was 17.9!! so i donno maybe the pictures are decieving or the tester was fucked up.. thats actually the highest ive ever been.. my chest is my weakest body part im 6'1" and i have trouble with benching.. it just seems like the hardest excercise for me to gain lifting weight in.. my shoulders are my best bodypart i go up in my excercises almost everytime.. they blow up like crazy thats why the stretchmarks are there.. i'm curently 6'1" 215 and im doing a winny cycle right now to try and cut up a little along with a good diet and some cardio.. anyway thanx for the opinions.. if theres anymore please throw them my way i need all the help i can get.. | ||

Schniken:Good foundation.As you said,your delts are your strong point.You have a good V-taper.Like the other guys said,your chest is what you need to prioritize.Based on what you've stated here(regarding benching)I have a suggestion that may be of help:Switch over to dumbells.Heavy flyes,and dumbell presses,emphasizing the contraction/stretch of the Pecs.I have a feeling that your delts may be coming into play too much when you're benching and this may help you isolate your pecs a little more and be able to feel the contraction a little better.Anyway,kudos for posting your pic,and keep up the hard work bro.Good luck. IF YOUR 19 AND ASK WHAT DO I NEED TO WORK ON, THE ANSWER IS EVERYTHING. everything needs to come up, nothing on your frame is satisfactory.
