Yesterday I injected 3cc's in my left glute. 2 SUS/1 DECA... And my ass has never done anything like this, its brused and hurts like fuck. Do I have a oil build up in there or what??? Thanks. greener     | ||

was it a painful injection..did it bleed?...did you get the pin in far enough...it sounds like you bruised the muscle..which could be from moving the needle around..injecting too fast....the lump is probably just swelling not oil...put some ice on it and see how it is in the morning....if the bruise is still bad quickly send all your gear to Canada and I will dispose of it!! ------------------ | ||

Probably nothing to worry about but if it is still there in a few days and it starts to hurt more and gets red then you are going to have to get it drained right away. Just tell the doc you were shooting Vitamin B12. Good luck, Jay | ||

Thanks Guys, this is sort of starting to bother me it has been about 30hrs ago and it hurts like a bitch. And its real brused. I think I probably moved the needle around to much while it was back there. I'm not real good with the left side injections. I'll keep everyone posted on this and my cycle. PEACE | ||

If your not so good with the left side injection...try laying on your bed on your right side...trow your left leg over as far right as you can and inject that way.....you will have more control that way too...hope that helps....good luck Chef ------------------ |
