Ok, Ive been off the sauce for a month and into my last cycle I had a lot of trouble doing legs without my lower back catching on fire and cramping like a mofo. My form was/is good and the only thing different now is that im off the sauce yet I have no pain in my lower back now when doing legs. The pain didnt happen before I was on the juice either, any ideas or anything I can do for future cycles?

Well i don't think its from the juice. But you can be doing heaver weight b/c of the juice, and your lower back, might not be strong enough to handle the weight.

I have had a similar experience and I think I know why. My muscles tend to get ultra tight and stiff when on juice. Tight hamstrings can pull on the muscles of the lower back and cause you pain. I make sure to be very serious about my stretching when on cycles for that reason. Hope this might help.

It could be your kidneys. Next time drink 2gals of water a day and take cranberry caps

Yea, I also get crazy pumps in my lower back and calves. Really, Really bad... especially on test.

It's normal!

I dont know how tall you are, I 6'4" and for taller people squats have a greater in pact on the lower back. {first through fifth lumbar vertebrea} I start out with light incline squat rack to warm up. what helps me is keeping the bar directly over my feet through the complete rep. When you bend your knees coming down keep your head up! Leaning your head foward will add addition stress on you lower back. Hope this helps good luck

Last three times ive done a cycle, my back hurt all three times, tightness and discomfort like a mofo. I think it might be from the orals that are 17 alpha alkylated but im not sure, i just know every time i do a cycle,my fucking back hurts the whole time and magically goes away when i get clean, how do you explain that??? Ive tried cranberry pills, helps a bit, and to drink water till its coming out of my ears but it doesnt make it go away.

I'm seeing a pattern here. The instant I am on, it seems that my ability to run is gone. I get on the treadmill and within 5 minutes, my lower back and the front of my shins gets so pumped I can barely continue. I have to stop completely within 12 total minutes. I can't offer any explanation other than the statement that it is annoying as hell.
