Is there a way to keep your cortisol levels down and if so how? supplements? Diet? anything... the reason why i ask is because i read in an article for school, and it stated that when cortisol levels are low muscle growth occurs at top natural levels. this will benefit us all after a cycle if im thinking of this correctly. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

For cortisol supression??? Humm! Maybe the supplement HMB but I doubt it works... actually I really, really doubt it works... Glutamine is anticatabolic hence will help keep a good anabolic/catabolic ratio Taking carbs and protein right after a training will shunt the cortisol release induced by exercise. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
