I play football and run track. i am currently 5'9 200 pounds. i just started a deca - sustenon stack in which i hope to get up to about 220-225. i would eventually like to take a good cutting cycle where i will end up at a ripped 205-215 and increase speed dramtically. what would be the good cutting cycle and what is the best steroid for speed.

I'm gonna say winny on the speed issue, ask Mr.johnson. You could do a winny, primo type thing. Fina is excellent also. I am no fan of eq, but alot of bros love it for cutting.

decaman hit it right on, fina and winny will get you shredded and help with the speed factor...

HGH is a must for speed. All track athletes take it.

Anavar (oxandrolone) is excellent because it increases creatine synthesis, which will increase your explosive power....use it with creatine.

Winny also seems to be a popular choice among athletes due to it's low water retention and solid muscle gain.

And last but not least - Deca. Only use this if you want to increase you BW a bit or add some muscle or increase regeneration without gaining tons of weight.

speed is best increased by:

Squats, leg curls.
Regular Sprinting.
Proper speed technique...stay level, never bring hands higher then chest...
