I got this recipe about two weeks ago for a drink. Here it is: 1 cup of milk If you put all the peanut butter it tastes horrible so instead I put in more wheat germ and less peanut butter. I've been taking it every morning for the last two weeks. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

jdis...I calculated the nutritional info protein: approx 36 grams I don't weigh a lot so 40 grams of protein is like 1/3 of my daily intake. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Well, thats cool how much fat is in it? Anyway if you don't weigh alot I guess it don't matter. I still recommend Protein shakes, just better quality protein than you can get out of groceries. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

ether...a bro if you dont weight that much you need to start swallowing protien shakes more than just 1 time a day. shoot for at least 4 a day between meals. i try to get 1 every hour(22gr) between my meals. plus eat lots of red meat. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
