How many grams of protein should i eat a day to grow...juicing or not juicing....this one gram per pound shit is not enough...I heard 300 grams a day..Im 195 pounds.

Rey, 300 grams a day is in your ball park. If you dont grow from that w/ intense training, you wont grow. How many shakes will you drink a day?

Rey: 270 g or so would be about right for you. Take a break from it now and then to give your kidneys a rest. Also, use a good protein mix like whey isolate. That is, unless you really CRAVE tuna and chicken breast. Lots of good websites out there with cheap whey.

Yes it is enough. If you are getting enough calories overall, especially from complex carbs, 1 g per pound of bw is all you need. Go ahead and buy into the protein marketing bullshit if you want to.

Why stop at 300, you would grow even more at 600g????? RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT??? according to your thinking that "1g" shit isnt working. Why wouldnt 600g make you grow even more????
