Yes indeed the frequency and volumn of a persons bowl movements along with, consistancy and smell can provide you with a great deal of information. This is a tender subject, but ask your local fat ass. You know, the individual who's entire diet consists of some form of process food, how often he takes a shit, and about how much. I bet its infrequent and in volumn. What does this mean to you? Well first frequency is an indicator of resting metabolism. There is a positive correlation between metabolism and bowl movements, as one goes up so does the other. Volumn informs you on the quality of the food being consumed. With respect to processed foods, very little of the bulk of these foods goes along in meeting the bodies nutritional needs, nevermind the athlete on anabolic steroids. Thus, the greater the quantity of processed foods consumed the greater amount of unused waste which is going to be excreted.
My precontest diets, leave me with 2 or 3 bowl movements daily in tiny tiny proportions because im predominatly consuming clean whole foods. Everything is being metabolized and is going to better my condition.
However, presently Im on a 60/20/20 diet. 60% carbs, 20% protein 20% icecream. My meal times are inefficient, volumenous, due in part to my academic schedual.
So next time you begin to question your condition, your metabolism, just think about your shit. And all your questions will be answered. Ohh, btw that granit your crapping out of your ass causing you the mild rectal bleeding or hemeroids, you can thank your high protein diets or that little phenomenon.

You can drink the nile, volumn of water didnt help me at all. 3 gallons per day while naively consuming 3g per lb of body weight. I was still shitting splinters. Which further defrauds the need for the intermediate athlete to engauge in outrageous consumption of protein.
