Hello all!! Ok I am curious as I know you should always keep your body guessing when lifting weights by always doing different routines, exercises, etc. Do you guys do the same thing with your cardio? Such as different length in time and different exercises, etc? How often do you change exercises every time or every week or???? For optimal fat loss results. cardio???? who cares,i only do cardio for 12 weeks out of the whole year, this is right before a show, and i do minimum cardio at that!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

ya switch up cardio, like pick a total number of minutes u do cardio a day lets say 80min a day, then day 1 do 2 sessions of 40min then day 2 do three sessions of like 20 30 30 or somthing like that. and switch up exerciese, make it fun for ur self. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
