...do you think it might work? I'm starting a CKD after the long weekend. I know that alcohol lowers blood sugar. Therefore, would one good pissup on, say, Sunday night actually help me get into ketosis faster? Depends on what you drink. Scotch has alot less carb content than beer. SO if you pop of lets say 10 brews then probably not, but if you slam lets say 5 straight double scotchs you may have something!
