Bi's-18.5 in
Forearms-14.5 in

Shoulders (relaxed) 47 in.
Quads-27 in.

Well bro, they usually say that your calves should be as big as your arms.

I may get flamed for this one,but I read an article a while back that stated a good first sign of symmetrical proportions is to have neck, upper arms, and calf proportions that are all relatively close to one another.Sorry,I don't remember what they wrote about the rest of the measurements, but I've tried my best to follow their first formula to keep proportional.

I read the same article. In my case my neck is largest, then arms, then calves, but they are all with an inch or so.

Semetry im sure you will agree is a property best judged with the aid of the eye. You can spout off all the measurments in the world you want, but those measurements are relative to numerous physiological factors. Look yourself over in the mirror, even the self, can be cognizent of semetry.

Twisted as a point it's all about the look.

Post a pic!

I agree calves, neck and arms should be about the same... so your calves are tiny...

I have 17 1/4" arms, my calves are 16 3/4" and they are small on my 25" legs

Get bigger calves (Synthol, Pgf2a)

Calves are small, need more size, they are like mine were.. I have 29 inch legs right now and my calves look like well, nothing. Shoulders could stand to be wider, chest is okay, did you measure above the nipples?

Post a pic

Yes, as for symmetry concerns, most of the organizations have guidelines. In the NGA the calves, bi's and neck should be within I believe about 10% of each other. But that is only one of many symmetry concerns...
