I hope that this isnt one of them. A guy at my gym told me that while on a cycle, drinking alcohol can increase the risk of gyno. True or False. (and yes i did do a search) ![]() ![]() ![]()

Your searched sucked. I did it too "alcohol and gyno" the third link was a perfect answer from Macro. The guy at the gym is right, doesn't mean you WILL get gyno if drinking on a cycle - but it will INCREASE the chance. Not a stupid question, but you could have found it heheh. Beer has been shown in numerous studies to elevate estrogen levels, not good when your cycling as they are already elevated so I would say its a safe bet the answer is TRUE. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Drinking is never a great idea, but especially avoid it during a cycle. Your liver is under enough stress (and it is more important to ease off the alcohol when using orals.) ------------------ http://2thick.elitefitness.com ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
