Trying to do first cycle. I've been doing what yall say first by researching and reading all the posts i can find. Thanks for all the info by the way. I feel I have reached my genetic potential so i decided to go on gear. I'm going for a strength and mass cycle. I'm 6 ft., 220 w/ 11% b.f. The cycle I came up with is basic but I thought i would start slow and see how my body reacts.

week1 - 250 sust/3TABS d-bol a day
week2 - " "/4TABS " "
week3 - " "/5TABS " "
week4 - " "/5TABS " "
week5 - " "/5TABS " "
week6 - " "/5TABS " "
week7 - " "/4TABS " "
week8 - " "/3TABS " "

Like I said pretty basic. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I was wanting to add either deca or primo but money is an issue so i was going for the most bang for the buck. Also wondering since i already have a muscular frame should i use more? Does my current weight and size have an effect on the amount i should use even if i've never used AS before? Thanks bros-

I would up the sust to 500 mg per week and only use the dbol for 5-6 weeks, starting with a higher dosage and taper down. Clomid eod during cycle and every day for 2 weeks following.

Your d-bol dosages are a little off, d-bol come in 5mg tabs. You will need to do more sust also. Do a search on sust/dbol cycle and you can get some good info. Don't reverse pyramid the d-bol. It needs to start high then taper low and stop it after about 5 weeks.
