After finishing each cycle and competition. Have had problems with water retention and weight gain. I know to some degree, it's expected, but is there something else I need to take to help my body readjust? Usually taking Cytomel, Clen, and Winny. Please Advise. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

the water is expected and unless you keep your diet really clean and low carb/sodium...forget it. If you took diuretics and just dropped them after the cycle it will take 2 weeks to get the fluid down. I like the increased weight gain as it preps me for a good offseason. This year gained 35 solid pounds back in 5-6 wks and my strength great. The rebound off a low calorie diet to high calorie diet while I was on fina, eq and winnie yeilded amazing results. Other than a clean diet continued from the contest you can give it up. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I like this rebound eefect myself, the weight you usually put back on is good weight, and you can lift much heavier with the water bloat, dont worry about it, take advantage of the situation and get big and strong!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Thanks for the advice. I'm also considering using a diuretic that's not as strong this next time around. Bsically, after contest don't fuck up the diet just because the contest is over. Again, thanks for the help. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
