Have not been able to get on the board lately. Training for my show. Have gone from 185 to 170 in 8 weeks, and still have gotta come down to 154! Still got 10 weeks to do it. This diet is driving me out of my mind!!!! Bodyfat is at 11.5%. Gotta be at least 7%! Fish and veggies....GOD I WANT TO EAT A PIZZA! ICE CREAM! (Chocolate chip cookie dough would be nice.) These protein bars just don't cut it. Still got my mass and power....cuts never been a problem till I competed at the Jr's 3 years ago....now, comparitively speaking, cuts are deffinately necessary.....AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Sorry. I needed to let off some steam. I'm going crazy keeping on this. ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT IS PIZZA! ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i feel you, i'm in week six of my diet and i've lost about 15 lbs. only two weeks left before i go on vacation and show off my physique, thank goodness its not that long cause i'm about to go insane on this low carb diet... i want some real food damn it! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i really feel you bro. but be carefull eat pizza once a week or at least once every 2 weeks. you'll go crazy otherwise and you'll destroy yourself. read my reply on the post"cheating while on cutting cycle" and let me know what you think. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
