I sure do...I'm a firm beliver in it...it keeps me focused and I find that three or four days after I look better than before it. I used it before my last show and got down to 4.1%bf from 12% in ten weeks... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

yup, its the only way i can keep my sanity. theres no way i can eat the shit i'm eating constantly right now w/o a break. have a cheat day once a week to prevent you from straying completely off your diet, unless of course you can handle it ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i have to admit i don't have the will power not to cheat! i love pizza and beer! Wings and Beer! well anything with Beer haha actually i try to give myself 1 day a week to eat whatever i want within moderation. i try to eat clean all the time but when cutting up go for the 1 day a week eat anything i want. it seems to work well for me and i have heard others use it also. ------------------ Email me if you have any questions ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Absolutely, have a cheat meal once a week, I feel it helps me during the week. I usually get wings and cheese sticks, all that salt, grease, dirty protein helps my body in shock and keeps me in the fat burning zone. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i suggest you have a cheat day once a week. peronal expirience: 10 weeks of VERY strict dieting no cheating at all. went crazy. started eating 8000-9000 caloris a day of pure JUNK food. got 12 pounds in 2 weeks from it. back dieting. i will now take one cheat day a week. hope this helps. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
