I'm into week 3 of the following cycle: 500 mg Sustanon for 4 weeks have nolvadex ready just in case. I've been on the cycle for 17 days, and my results are a little disappointing so far. I gained about 4 pounds the first week, but nothing since. (started at 177 and am now 181). I've definately gained some size, and I'm eating alot, but I'm wondering why I'm not gaining more at this point. Could the clomid be tempering my gains? Should I bump up the Ref-b to 50mg per day? I'm probably not sleeping as much as I should... 5-6 hours per night, but I'm working out hard 3-4 times per week. My strength has increased dramatically, and I'm a little bigger, but I was expecting more. Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions? Thanks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Why only 4 weeks on the sust? It's just going to be starting to kick in when you're discontinuing it.The sust has not kicked in at all yet, that's part of the reason your gains don't appear impressive. Not sure why the Ref isn't kicking yet though. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Good question... I'm not counting calories, but here's a sample of what I'm eating per day.. breakfast: 4 whole eggs, 12 ounces whole milk lunch: grilled chicken sandwich, protein shake dinner: steak, veggies, alot of beans and i'm drinking alot of water and milk throughout the day. alot of protein and carbs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

You arn't eating an 1/8th of what you should be. You need to get your diet together. However it is too late for that now. Knowledge=growth. Learn before your next cycle. You should have known what you are eating and what to eat years before you start AS. Learn to count your numbers, it will really help solve the equation. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

YOU NEED TO EAT WAY WAY MORE. INVEST YOUR TIME IN LEARNING HOW YOUR DIET SHOULD BE. EAST COAST ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Get yourself alot more to eat man, if its still week 3 you still gan make great gains as the sus hasnt really hit you yet. I I was you Id stretch out the sus for a little longer and eat your ass off. You need at least 6 Meals a day - and these need to be big ass meals - I didnt see if you listed you much you weighed but its time to get your calculator out and start counting calories you need at least 5000 cals a day (like I said I didnt see if you listed your weight but I doubt you are too big eating the way you do) not empty calories but big caloried CHICKEN,RED MEAT, RICE, POTATOES, TUNA, TUNA, TUNA, and other high protein and high carb meals. Eat everychance you can - I am not being sarcastic about this EAT ALL THE TIME FROM THE MINUTE YOU GET UP TO THE MINUTE YOU GOT TO BED. Some bros even wake up and eat. Sleep seems to be another issue here. It would really help to get yourself 8 hours a day, if you can do it (naps whatever than do it) You need to stop reading this and start eating bro!
