I have a 50 ml. bottle of winstrol-v , and 15 boxes of Stenox . I'm looking to get some good hard muscle and strength gains . I plan on taking 25-30 mg. of Stenox per day , but I'm not sure how much Winsrol to take , and when to inject it . Any help would be greatly appreciated .    | ||

winstrol you can take 50mg every other day (EOD) or every day depends on what results you are going for, your weight etc. etc. etc. i hope that is a start for you. with more info we could probably help you out more. ------------------ Email me if you have any questions  | ||

When should I take the Stenox ? Before I work out or what ? I have heard an hour or so before I work out . Does that sound right ? | ||

What is the mg strength per tab,2.5mg?I don't believe you should take the full 25 mgs at once due to it's high liver toxicity.Try to space your doses out(every few hours)and maybe take a double dose an hour or two before your workout to get that aggression rush. | ||

Yea , it's 2.5mgs. per tab . That sounds like a good idea ( spacing it out every 3 hours )I do know that it is one of the harshest steroids on the liver . I'll just have to drink a lot of water !! | ||
