Last night I really killed myself on the military press. What would you guys recommend for the best workout to aquire "width"? Please let me know bros.

military press is good but for some reason the shoulders arent meant to go in that position with a bunch of weight on them. thats why so many people hurt rotator cuffs doing them. i am in physical therapy school so i see a lot of that. trust me when i tell you that upright rows with a straignt bar are the best without much risk of injury. throw in some front and side laterals then rears and there you go bro!!!

If you really want Big Strong Shoulders then here is the routine. But let me warn you, if not done properly, you WILL overtrain and get burned out. This is also a workout for one with a heart of iron and the mind of a raveing lunatic. Only do this once a weak when off cycle.

Power Training
(Heavy)Clean-Press 10,8,6,4,2
(Heavy)Push-Press 8,6,4,2,1
(Heavy)Upright Rows 8,6,4,2

Bulk
Behind-the-Neck Press 10,8,6
Side Laterals 10,10,10
Bent Laterals 10,10,10
(Heavy Strip Set)Shrugs 10,10,10,10,10,10

EVERY exercise should be done untill failure. You WILL feel it!!!!!
