I HAVE BEEN LIFTING FOR THREE YEARS NOW AND I HAVE TRIED EVERY SUPPLEMENT ON THE MARKET AND NOTHING REALLY WORKS SO NOW I'M READY FOR THE NEXT STEP SO IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME IN CHOOSING MY FIRST CYCLE IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.THANX | ||

I say Deca only is cool about 2mg\lb. Over that you start (or I) start to get paranoid about progesterone side effects. But it works very well and you'll keep your hair if that's an issue. Some will tell you like they told me that Deca only is stupid. Others will say it's a good first. Good luck in whatever you decide. | ||

I gotta agree with Dutch on this one.With your stats,8-10 weeks of sust ran at 500mgs would pack on some serious mass,providing your diet is in order. |
