At your current bodyfat level(which isn't particularly high)I would bulk first then cut up.That's just me though, some of the other bros may disagree.

if you are under 15% and not doing a show.... WHY CUT UP? go for the mass...300 or bust! ------------------

One of the unavoidable aspects behind the use of testosterone is the noticable increase in resting metabolism. Anyone that tells you that you cant lose fat while gaining muscle is either geneticly inferior, or has never had the self-disipline to eat clean while on gear. Thats a bit harsh on my part, but it shows my zeal in dispelling that mistruth. Since your goal is meerly reducing your bodyfat by 6-8% I suggest you research testosterone until you feel comfortable enough in administering the weekly injectsion. Eat clean, eat CLEAN carbs and I promise you you will attain your fat lose goals while simultaneously adding some appreciable muscle mass. ------------------

I've gotta agree with Twisted...if you eat clean, train hard, and know how your body reacts to different foods, supplements, gear, etc., then you can add quality muscle (which in itself will make the bodyfat "%" go down) and decrease the amount of adipose tissue on your body. Have you thought about adding some T3, at a dose of around 25-50 mg/day, there are lots of guys on here that swear by doing that on all cycles...do a search, I just read a post yesterday about that...good luck, not get to growin'!! ------------------
