why do you have to mix it w/ water, im suprised someone hasnt just kept the powder in a empty creatine bottle and found the right measuring tool to just scoop some out like you were taking creatine. so the next time someone says what shit are you on, they cant laugh when you say creatine and have another scoop! im@LRG     | ||

I believe that all powders have different molecular weights, so using a measuring tool like a scoop would need to be taylored for this powder. A scale that is that precise is very expensive. The water is a cheap and effective tool for measuring. I use to tell people at work it was liquid creatine. | ||

Have you ordered any? Do you realize what a small amount 5 g actully is? You could probably fit the whole 5 g in a teaspoon. One option here would be to cut it with something like actual creatine or glutamine but then you would have to realize that one of the two is going to have larger particles. If the winny is finer than the glutamine. then it would settle toward the bottom and dosing would be very inaccurate. The reason that you should mix it with water is because it is hard to measure out 50mg doses of winny because it is such a small amount and the water method makes it virtually foolproof. What you could do is just put it in a small bottle or vial. It is powdery like creatine so just tell them it is your creatine. I keep mine in a small dropper that looks like a Visine bottle. I alwasy dose in the bathroom but if anybody sees it all I gotta say is it is eye drops. Unless, of course, they see me drinking it and then they are going to wonder what is going on! | ||

i got few empty sterile vials iam going to take the plunger off 18g 10 ml needle and put the powder in and add water to the syringe and squirt it in the botle along with 100 ml of water this way it will be spill proof, stored better and it will make me feel better, i do not plan on ijecting it | ||
