If you check out the Reports/Consultations section you can buy this elite fitness book called "The Elite Fitness Cutting Guide" that suposably covers all the ins and outs of getting cut. I'm thinkin about buying this book because it sounds like a usful refrence to have. I was just wondering if anyone else bought this book and could tell me if it's worth it.
