i started bulking and iam 200 pounds id say about 11%-13%. i eat seven meals, each meal is about 40 g of protein, 80 g of carbs and about 6-10 g of fat 3 of those meals are mrp's with oatmel or grits other three are: bagel with 4oz grilled chicken breast and oatmeal or grits 4oz 90%lean beef oatmeal + wheat germ +grapes +skim milk cereal 2 a day once ewrytime after a work out so overall i get about 4000 cals how does this look, well besides eating a shit load of oatmeal | ||

looks good .. ever try Cream of Wheat , or shredded Wheat ? ( as an alternate to the oats ) | ||

Looks great...I'm a big protein fanatic, so I'd say add some Protein powder in between a couple of your meals and you'd have an excellent bulking diet. | ||

yes i reached my fat loss goal a lot sooner than planned, so since i was doing winie eq t-3 clen i just cut the clen reducing t-3 adeded sust, i was cutting for 3 weeks and lost 15 pounds started @ 208 went down to 193 now back @ 200 after only 3 days of eating clean, low sugar, cause that is what gets me, no more white flower shit, my chest is pumped it is going good, iam eating as we speak [This message has been edited by ripped to shreads2 (edited August 29, 2000).] | ||

Sprry to stray from the topic of your thread but what was youer diet like while you were cutting. I ask because I am dieting with t3 and clen too but I have not seen dramatic difference yet and it has been about a week and a half. But I haven't dropped carbs too low yet but maybe that is what I should do. ------------------ | ||

i dropped carbs to about 30 g a day and only eating around 1400 cals, and after i was taking 100mcgs is where i seen most loss, but also to mention i change my overall dietary habits, no more sugar!!! so i know most of it was water weight, but i still liked the results and since winter is almost here time to bulk, and i did a shit load of cardio 20 minutes ewery day i was realy tired |
