I have been lifting for a solid two years now. I am just now taking my first cycle and having trouble getting my right bicep and tricep to grow with my left. The difference is not great but I can notice it. I need some info on how to make them grow equally and proportionate.

I read an article about that. It's a pretty common problem. One theory is that if you are right handed your right arm is constantly in a state of mild overtraining. Using dumbbells whenever possible might help. The author also mentioned something about holding a barbell offcenter but I can't really remember the whole story and am not really an expert so I better leave it at that. But one thing to remember is that it probably bugs the shit out of you but I bet nobody else notices. I would say almost everybody has that problem to some degree. Somebody else could tell you about the drugs that promote localized growth and if they might help in that situation.

Always include some dumbell isolation work for your weaker arm,such as an extra set of concentration curls/one arm dumbell overhead extensions.
