Milk has 12 grams of sugar per 8 oz serving! Skim has a higher glycemic rating than regular, lactose messes up most people. I do try to avoid all milk most of the time. What are the opinions on this great protein we have been mediaed (not a word) into believing is so great for us? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

When I bulk I drink a gallon of skim a day. It really helps me get the protein and calorie counts up there. You figure I use it in 3-4 protein shakes a day (H20 when cutting) so it's a glass in the AM and one to wash down my steak at night and it's gone. Very easy to do. Milk is the SHIT to drink when bulkin it helps alot! but when cutting dont drink anything but water, or diet coke with the caffine, 0 calories no suger and the caffine speeds up ur motabilizim, i hurd some body builders go through a case a day when cutting up. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
