OK guys,I just got an email from a place called Vital Source 2000 trying to sell me gear. (Must have got my addy from the board). But it just screams out SCAM!!! to me. youngdeltman: I get about 60 messages per day (when Hushmail is behaving correctly) from people on this board, all to whom I try to reply in a timely manner. I also get messages from people of suspicious character. Several. The proper protocol, as you know from having made 52 posts, is to email a mod or a few mods or vets and simply ask. If you don't receive anything encouraging, forget the fucker. Life is too short to be scammed. It's also wholly inappropriate to highliht someone as a scammer without proof. It's just wrong. I got an e-mail from them too if i had to guess, i'd bet they only sent them to people with lower amounts of posts, just a theory... Prices were too high anyway, especially since i live in Cali and ol' Mexico is only a few hours away. Rojo | ||

If anyone spams you trying to sell - take that as a clue not to by from them. The only people spamming are the scammers. See they rhyme spam:scam. Stay safe bros. Sometimes you need to get x-files when dealing with people you havent met. Slopain | ||

I've gotten a couple emails like that too. Chances are Coperations and Companies spamming and claiming to sell Anabolics are scams. ------------------ | ||

I don't list my E-mail addy on my profile for that very reason.If someone needs to get ahold of me I always E-mail them and give them my addy privately.Don't need all the spam as well as you know who trying to poke their nose where it doesn't belong. |
