I am into my 4th week of mass cycle of D-bol and Sust. In 2 weeks i put on 20 lbs. on just the D-bol alone. Its the 4th week I'm about to start to feel the Sust.I need to know if i do cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes to shed some body fat will I lose any gains? I think that would be very beneficial, helps blood pressure/water retention. If youve put on 20 lbs in 2 weeks then you sure as hell need to lose waterweight. ------------------ | ||

Personally, I do not like to do cardio while I am bulking, but that is a personal preference. I'm sure you will be using some cals. for cardio instead of using them for mass. I would limit it to 2 20 minute sessions, this is from experience, anymore cuts into my gains anyway. ------------------ | ||

I agree its a personal preferance thing, you should be OK with 3 cardio sessions at 30 minutes each, it will help with the water retention and circulation. I started doing this a short time ago and feel a hell of a lot better when bulking!!! | ||

Hell, running shoots your test up as does most exercise! Ever notice how you are horny after a good workout an hour or so later especially a leg workout? 3 times a week - the benefits far outweight the negatives. | ||

don't do it bro if you're on a mass cycle you need to eat about 1000 calories above maintenace, if you do, the maximum amount of fat you could put on would be 2 pounds a week.All the cardio is doing is burning up calories. it's simple arithmetic, the more you burn the more you will need to eat. Wait untill you want to diet down and are through with your new mass. | ||
