I would like to know what the pro's do on their routines. At this moment, i'm doing:

MONDAY: BACK - 5 exercises - 4 sets of 10
TUESDAY: CHEST - 5 exercises - 4 sets of 10
WEDNESDAY: LEGS - Knee Injury Recovery
THURSDAY: BICEPS - 5 exercises - 4 sets of 10
FRIDAY: SHOULDERS - 5 exercises - 4 sets of 10

I'd like to know what you guys think, i also do 35 minutes of aerobic from monday to friday. I'm an EX - FAT kid, so i'm very worried about getting fat again.

I'm getting ready for my DECA WINSTROL PRIMO cycle, what you guys think of this.

-2------400MG----250MG------400MG
-3------400MG----200MG------300MG
-4------400MG----200MG------300MG

I'm not into bulking up, i like to keep my self ALWAYS LEAN. This will be my first cycle.

The deca will give you some bloat so if you want to stay lean just do primo/winny. Keep the primo at 400mg throughout and then taper to 200 the last week. I think you'll like the results alot better. Especially since it's your first cycle.

I'm assuming that your working your tri's, calves, traps, and abs, and forearms in within all that. Great cycle though.
