I would like to know what the pro's do on their routines. At this moment, i'm doing: MONDAY: BACK - 5 exercises - 4 sets of 10 I'd like to know what you guys think, i also do 35 minutes of aerobic from monday to friday. I'm an EX - FAT kid, so i'm very worried about getting fat again. I'm getting ready for my DECA WINSTROL PRIMO cycle, what you guys think of this. WEEK----DECA----WINSTROL----PRIMO I'm not into bulking up, i like to keep my self ALWAYS LEAN. This will be my first cycle. Thankx ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

The deca will give you some bloat so if you want to stay lean just do primo/winny. Keep the primo at 400mg throughout and then taper to 200 the last week. I think you'll like the results alot better. Especially since it's your first cycle. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
