Today is my leg day. I am going to do 5 sets of squats, 5 sets of hacks and 5 sets of presses... Give me some encouragement, I am ready mentally, but my body is shaking in fear!

you gotta load the bar heavy as you can do, then load it up on you, stand with all the weight on you in front of the mirror and yell at yourself, look yourself in the eye and say you ai'nt no bitch and you ain't gonna get big ever unless you can do this set... make sure you look at yourself after each set and yell at yourself
