well i wouldnt call it heat rash but when i get done workin out or doind any kind of strenuous activity ill go home to shower and ill be broken out in what looks like little patches/blotches of heat rash but its not heat rash.......    | ||

Have you seen this only while on Clen. Some people get this when working out because of the increased blood flow to the certian section. It goes away after you cool down doesn't it?  | ||

i get the same thing when doing cardio while on clen, i like it kinda burns lol |
