ok just to let you know for those who are wondering why iam asking mass questions whe i was cutting, i reached my fat loss goal which was 15 pounds in 3 weeks so i decided to go into to a mass cycle and i have a shit load of mrps but they are low in carbs so iam eating 10 oz of potatos alond for overal calories of around 550 enythyng else u guys would sugest or any good ways to up the cals with out the extra sugar or fat ??? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I say just drink them like protein shakes bro, use them for snacks instead of meals..if you really wanna add calories, try adding fruit, eggs, maybe ice cream....I would just drink them between meals,a nd eat more calories from regular foods... big-guy ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

TRY ADDING IN 1TSP. OF FLAX SEED OIL TO EACH SHAKE 1 TSP=120 CALORIES. MCT OIL WILL ALSO WORK. TRY ADDING IN SOME CARB POWDER IN THE FORM OR MALTODEXTRIN. IF YOUR LEAN YOU CAN ADD IN SOME ICE CREAM. FRUIT WILL ALSO HELP UP THE CALORIES. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Whole foods you dont necessarily need to add dextrose or other forms of simple suger. Do what I do: 1 packet MPR, 1 Cup Whole ice Cream, 1 tbs Peanut Butter, 1 cup oat meal, 10oz 2%milk, 6oz h2o. Blend ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i drink my mrp 4 times a day.. It's cheaper than food and since I am in college that's a big plus.. Oh on top of that I also eat 3 other solid meals.
