Deca is amazing for the joints. Even at low doses (100-200mgs) there is some major joint relief! Also there is some strength increases. I couldn't even throw a baseball because my shoulder was so screwed. But since on the Deca I am lifting more weight and wipping the ball around! Cheers, Jay

Deca is great for the joints. It lubricates them verry well. This and the positive nitrogen balace in my opinion are the two best side effects.

I too have to say that it is the best thing for my joints. Almost like I never had painful joints. ------------------

Deca is great for joints. I sometimes have pain in the knee, elbow and shoulder....all on the left side. When i'm on Deca I have no pain and recently I found the same effect with Primo. When i'm training on TEST I still feel it.
