Who has knowledge of pens being legal in his/her own state. This question is asked alot aound here.. If some one can tell us all what state they are legal or illegal, im sure it would do use all a great service. To Post Leave state where you live and also legal or illegal. (Or You Haven't a clue and don't care because you always buy from 2Thick like me)

No pressure, "PENS" Are a slang for needles,and syringes. Its just a term used. Examples dart, pens, ass javeline, ass dart, and far more others and I'm sure many more than to my extent of knowledge. ------------------ | ||

ahh...pens. got it. now brothers, can't we all just get along? but here's my question. how the fuck can "pens" be illegal? what is the bases for this. were i live, vancouver canada, if your a drugy u can trade your needles in at these litle vans. u give em the old one's and the will give u all the new clean ones u need. trying to stop the spreed of disease and such. i think it's a good idea. and i can go to the rx down the street and buy as many as i want, cheap too. maybe i'll have to start a mail order huh? just kidding. anywho thanks for the info on darts, pens, ass darts,etc...... ------------------ | ||

el-asso- wipoe Not sure if thats how you spell it but you get my point, I also believe that if are able to trade your needles in for clean ones it would stop the spread of many dissesaes. Canada is far more advanced when it comes to the openess of learning. I also think that if they are more accesible perhaps it might start the use of drugs to younger people. Who knows If anyone has any more info on "pens" and them being illegal or leagal please dissregard the junk above and post your experiences. Thanks for your info. ------------------ | ||

You can get them in GA without a script. Some drugstores will hassle you a bit but they will sell them. The best source for which states are legal or not is the Vet catalogs such as: Foster & Smith and/or Omaha Vaccine. Believe me they know exactly what is required by each state in order to sell pins. | ||

in Canada u can buy pins no questions asked. i think making pins is STUPID they complain about aids and shit being spread by sharing needles, well needles here cost like 0.20$ Canadain. | ||

Hey Canada dudes, are the pins right on the shelf or do ya have to ask the druggist? Do they have pins suitable for IM usage...it sounds like the focus is on IV. Since someone else turned this into a chat topic, let me say; someone hooked on drugs doesn't deserve to die (therefore, I oppose the restriction of needle sales). I got to say, however, if your dumb ass is sharin needles with other dumb asses sleepin' on the street, you are a prime candidate for a Darwin award. I think needle exchanges are just as idiotic as restricting needle sales. If you are too frickin stupid to buy a $.20 needle to inject this stuff you're payin real money for...I can't help you. Sorry H2O to assist in pulling this thread from its intended topic. | ||

Some times there on the shelf but most of the time u ask form them, which was accword the first time i asked, but they where nice to me, they didnt say shit, the only question they asked was, how many would u like? u just tell them what size and shit u want and they give it to u no questions asked. i dont understand what the point of outlawing pins does, it only encourages idiots to share and reuse needles. | ||
